Where do we ship? We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping — $7.95 (orders under $75)
- Free Shipping — orders $75 and over
- Express Shipping — $14.95
Estimated delivery times
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and supplier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Missing or.Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Mitch.coxy@outlook.com, and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
Dropshipping notice: Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers. You may receive your order in multiple parcels if you have ordered products from different suppliers.
