Returns & refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, isn't as described, or doesn't match the sample shown. These rights apply regardless of anything else on this page.

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Email HunterTechCo@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and check the item, approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
